The new set of In Colors is in full glory with Autumn's arrival. Hello Honey, Mossy Meadow and Tangelo Twist are givens, of course, but add in a little Lost Lagoon for a modern update, and some Blackberry Bliss for rich elegance, and you have a fall color palette that will keep you busy well into November.
I was messing around with a divided layout this week and came up with these two versions. The card base is split into two equal halves–normally a design no-no–but then it's paired with three small focal points to bridge the two halves. Both versions follow the Rule of Three and the Triangle Principle.
I can't wait to try this on a horizontal card next! I love new layouts.
