Ready to stamp for a fantastic cause? Join us for morning, afternoon, evening or all day sessions on Saturday, July 15th in Watertown, Wisconsin! We’re hoping to make 1,000 cards for veterans on every Washington, DC, Honor Flight out of Wisconsin’s airport hubs. We think every single one of these heroes deserves a handmade, heartfelt, handwritten card!
How you can help:
- Come stamp! Register here and let us know which session(s) you can come for. You don’t have to bring anything. Everything will be pre-designed and cut, ready to stamp and assemble.
- Come write! We don’t count a card until it’s completely finished AND written in. Suggested wording provided. Plan to at least sign some cards at some point in the day!
- Donate for our silent auction! Email Lyssa to arrange pick up/drop off times. Our Starting Bids will be $20. People do not have to be present to win. 100% of the proceeds go to Honor Flight.
- Donate food or supplies for the day! We need drinks, snacks, paper goods and help with set up Friday night/clean up Saturday night and registration/runners.
- Donate CARDS! Any patriotic thank you cards (no glitter please) to count towards our collected total are welcome, signed or unsigned. If shipping, please make sure they arrive in time to be counted.
Thank you so much for planning to help with our Stampin’ Up team’s Make A Difference project! What we cardmakers do is exactly what Honor Flight needs for the Mail Call portion of their trips. THANK YOU for doing whatever you’re able to do to help our goal become reality!
I will make 15 cards. Let me know what message to write and I can send them that way.
I can come on Saturday morning from 9:30 – 12:00 to sign cards. I was not sure if I needed to sign up for this.
