I can hardly believe it, but we are set to have graduates for the next three years in a row! Mike’s in officially in May, Dan’s will be next year, and Natalie the year after that. I guess we’ll all be really and truly grown ups after that! So weird.
Stampin’ Up seems to have heard my plea for a great grown-up graduation stamp set and it’s called Cap & Gown. I was playing with it and have come up with three designs so far that you can easily copy in your school colors for your own special graduates this year!
Isn’t this a nice set? I was tickled at how well it came together to create nice clean designs appropriate for the occasion. It also works great with the Hooray for Surprises dies to make cool perforated gift card holder tear-offs!
Just don’t be a dork and seal the card shut without first putting the gift card under the front layer!!! Ask me how I know!!! Leave the top open until you’re ready to insert the money or card. Then the recipient gets to pull the fun little tab to get their present out. Cool!
