Ugh, it’s been quite the year this week! If you’ve been following along you may have noticed I’m a couple of days behind. Stuff is going on. Usually I’m getting the daily pages done but not having time or emotional fortitude to blog them. Anyway, I’ll post and retro-date them in the correct order, so if you’re seeing this later you won’t even notice! : )
I couldn’t WAIT to break open my preorder from the upcoming Online Exclusives and start playing! This is new fall paper called Gathering Together and it is gorgeous, classic autumn colors with watercolored leaves and twigs. It has some massive new dies that you can actually STITCH on–love that! Although to save time on this layout I just drew in the stitching with a marker.
To me, fall is all about layering textures, and this page brings it! I can’t wait to get some cards made with this set and see what can be done with those amazing leaves.
