Day 4: 31 Pages in 31 Days 2025

It’s Day Four already of our month-long series, 31 Pages in 31 Days! Are you playing along? I hope so! I’ve been doing this immersion scrapbooking challenge for years and years, so if you love looking at inspiration pages, be sure to click on the Scrapbooking with 31 Pages in 31 Days blog category and settle in for a long stroll down memory lane!

Today was the start of my annual Scrapbooking Summer School, so many of my readers will be making this exact layout along with me this week! Every year I put together 12 two-page kits and we scrap along on video for two weeks. it’s a ball! If you missed it this year, I do have two kits left if you don’t mind catching up a bit. First to email me at zwolaneks@att.net gets them!

Our layout started with a fun sheet of patterned paper with a colorful watercolored chevron on it. I used coordinating journaling cards, die cuts, tags, pennants and self-adhesive cardstock stickers from the Make A Memory kit, and pulled my mat colors from them (Shaded Spruce, Lost Lagoon, Secret Sea and Petal Pink.)

We talked about how to get 11 photos in this spread if every opportunity is used! That’s my kinda layout! What you will never see in my pages are single-photo layouts. I just can’t do it. I always have more photos I want to include, more details of the moment I want to capture.

Which kind of scrapper are you? The top 1% of photos only, or as many as you can gracefully manage? I’ll share more Scrapbooking Summer School pages and tips in the next two weeks to come. See you tomorrow for Day 5!
