This weekend I finally got some ink on my Beauty Abounds stamp set! I have been wanting to play with the bubbles especially. This card came about after I masked off a rectangular area with post-it notes, then stamped bubbles in three colors. It's a cute layout to use up scraps!
The next card uses the same colors (Granny Apple Green, Coastal Cabana and Mango Melody) and the little spatter stamp from the set. I stamped a grid of nine splats, then added punched mini butterflies in the same colors as the inks. Just for fun I used three different embellishments to their centers to add visual interest. Fast and CUTE!
So there you go–that's just TWO of the stamps in the Beauty Abounds set–you'll have to pop back in tomorrow to see what I did with another of them!
Need supplies? I get a little kickback if you use my link when you shop for Stampin' Up. I appreciate it!
Thanks for stopping in today! I love it when you come to visit.
Love the bubble card! Will make one today. Thanks,
Renee Hughes
Lyssa, these cards are so gorgeous with all that color! I especially like the grid of butterflies and the spaltters behind them.
When I first looked at the top card, I assumed the bubbles were on their own piece of paper. How clever to mask and stamp them right on! Simple, but so cute!
Wow, these are so unique and different! Thank you for sharing them!
