Hey everyone! Thanks for joining me for another day of inspiration layouts! I hope you’re enjoying 31 Pages in 31 Days, my annual scrapbooking challenge.
Today’s page (Day 23) is inspired by the quilts my MIL makes! Are you lucky enough to have a quilter in the family? My mom in love just delivered a gorgeous quilt for Natalie to use in the dorm. Her talents have blessed us all! And we need quilts, too, living in Wisconsin!
- Colors: Moody Mauve, Mossy Meadow, Basic White, Bubble Bath
- Papers: Delightfully Eclectic 12×12
- Stamps & Ink: Texture Chic, Mossy Meadow
This circle layout is a good way to take really busy, big patterns and bring them down to manageable size. A whole sheet of this tiny floral or these big stripes would be too much, but by chopping it up and pairing it with several patterns you can get a great quilt-inspired look.
Buttons and ribbon and a little crushed circle flower play up the fabric look, too!
On to Day 24! We’re in our final week of the challenge and the final couple of projects for Scrapbooking Summer School. Join the mailing list to keep abreast of the news and dates for next year!
