Too often we don’t scrapbook at ALL because we think we need a big chunk of time (which never magically appears, does it?) but there ARE much smaller pockets of time here and there, and immersion scrapbooking is about making yourself leave the mess out for 31 Days, and take those moments without a sense of guilt.
At the end of the month you can put it all away and move on with life. Try it! Immersion scrapping might be the way you finally manage to scrapbook again. I’m excited to have been asked to teach this concept through continuing adult education classes at our local technical college this next spring! Can’t wait to turn new friends into scrapbookers : ) It will be a new adventure for me!

Today’s inspiration layout came about while turning a handmade card into a page! Have you ever done that? I often receive Stampin’ UP cards that are way too cute to throw away. I usually recycle them into new cards, but they also make adorable page elements.

It makes me feel so thrifty when I can upcycle used materials into my layouts! And bonus, there’s a ready made color scheme and theme that way.
Gotta scoot–only free Saturday before school begins and there’s lots of do around here! But I will see you tomorrow for Day 25 of 31 Pages in 31 Days. Can you believe we’re in the final week already? Wow!
