Today's inspiration page celebrates Back to School! and the fun of picking out all new notebooks, fresh clean folders, glittery pens and brand new colored pencils. We are almost done with school shopping as such… my baby is a senior this year!
These pages use some of the fun Memories & More pocket-style cards as page elements on a traditional 12×12 layout. As with most of my pages so far this month, the background papers are from the hostess exclusive Pattern Party stack. I loved the little hand-doodled dots and decided to color in a sprinkling of them to match the colors in my mats.

Well, I have to go take care of all my invalids now. Natalie's on hot compresses and Mike's on ice packs, and between those two there is a lot of running and fetching and a crazy amount of driving to and fro today from doctors and the chiropractor.
It has not been my favorite day–EXCEPT now I get to go into the craft room to work on tomorrow's page! Hooray! Instant day improver. I hope your day was/is going great, or at least you leave Song of My Heart a little lighter of heart than you walked in.
