As promised, here’s the final layout that I made with the past Paper Pumpkin card kit featuring butterflies. It was nice to have all the elements ready to go, and play with “new” patterned paper from the card bases. I think I will save one or two card’s worth of all my Paper Pumpkin projects now to use as scrapbook elements!
For some reason this page makes me think of Alice in Wonderland, a whimsical, topsy-turvy layout. Maybe I’ll add a gray felt top hat on the left most panel??? A mushroom or two along the bottom? Hmmm, maybe I’m not done with this page quite yet, come to think of it!
Do you ever have to make a layout and you only have a couple of photos to use? It still happens, even in this digital age where we’re all permanently attached to our cameras! This design is a good one for that situation! You can fill in as many or as few of the mats as you like and leave the rest blank. The”marching” elements moving your eye along from left to right will do the work of filling the space to make the few photos seem larger and more important.
